The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and release trapped emotions- which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause many negative health issues including depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue and many more. Trapped emotions can block people from love, happiness and cause them to feel disconnected from others. Trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they can cause physical reactions. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal- so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.

Today we stand in a moment of balance — equal day and night, light and dark. The equinox reminds us that life is a dance of opposites, and each season invites us to pause and reflect.

🌾 This is a time of harvest & gratitude — to honor the seeds we planted earlier this year and acknowledge the growth, lessons, and blessings they’ve brought.

🍁 It’s also a season of release — like the trees letting go of their leaves, we are called to release old habits, stories, or energies that no longer serve us.

🌙 And with the longer nights ahead, we’re invited into introspection — listening to our intuition, honoring our inner wisdom, and preparing for the quiet growth that happens beneath the surface.
