Now here's the back cover as well. The practices I created have helped clients, who faced the rigors of surgery even years ago, Including dental surgery. Using the practices has helped with post surgical stress and trauma. Others have used the techniques for medical procedures. Including one person who wrote that her 3rd procedure after applying the techniques in the book was uneventful and went so much smoother than even her cardiologist asked.... "What have you done, this went really smoothly not at all like your previous procedures."

If only people knew how this book changes surgical and medical outcomes, pain and recovery in such positive ways .....

Patient empowerment is critically important. As is an aware body and relaxed mind....

Living up to my Pluto Midheaven.... Here is the 2 nd edition of my book on Preparing for surgery and postoperative care.

I love the new cover! I have high hopes of it reaching folks, who want a simple, direct easy-to-read guidebook to help them before and after surgery.
It's full of user-friendly practices I have been using for six years and clients are having great results.
