Are you looking for a therapy group for a struggling teen? Our DBT-informed skills-learning group is for teens, aged 13-17. Our teens learn skills for managing symptoms of depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and anger, while building communication and mindfulness skills. There’s also a lot of laughter and play as they build community and a healthier sense of self. This group is led by Sean Baker, LMFT, SEP.
Now in-network with Blue Shield of California, Medi-Cal/Gold Coast/Carelon, and Cigna. Contact us to see if we can take your insurance.

We can do this by listening to their stories without judgment, validating their feelings, and respecting their boundaries to help them reclaim safety. We stand always. Check out National Domestic Violence Hotline for more resources.
