We threw the ultimate dance party on Valentine's Day. We had Marketing Director Emilia who made delicious chocolate strawberries and a hosted a full champagne bar. Our favorite music man, DJ Devine at the turntables and all the love with our residents and friends on the dance floor. We can't wait until the next one.

Last night, we were delighted to host a special Christmas Eve buffet dinner featuring prime rib and salmon, shared with our wonderful residents and their families.

Santa came to join us for our weekly Happy Hour! Our residents and their families loved mingling with him, sharing laughs, and snapping photos. What a fun way to get into the holiday spirit! Thank you Santa for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit our community 🎅🏼🎄🛷

Today,we visited The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library . We enjoyed the Christmas Trees,Presidential exhibits and Air Force One. It was a great way to spend this usually warm day in December enjoying the beautiful grounds.

Last night we had the sweetest visit from the students of Rancho Rosal Elementary! 🎶❤️ They filled our community with Christmas carols, laughter, and so much holiday cheer. They even surprised our residents with handmade Christmas cards! 🎄

Our residents absolutely loved it — especially while enjoying holiday sugar cookies and a full hot cocoa bar with all the fixings. ☕🍪

Thank you, Rancho Rosal Elementary, for bringing the magic of the season to Oakmont! 🌟

🎄✨ Merry Mix & Mingle✨🎄

A heartfelt thank you to all the incredible professionals who joined us for our Merry Mix & Mingle event! It was such a joy to welcome new faces and reconnect with familiar ones who continue to show up and support us year after year. Your presence truly made the gathering feel warm, lively, and full of holiday spirit.

Our culinary team outdid themselves—serving a delicious baked Brie with an assortment of crackers, along with a creamy spinach artichoke dip paired with perfectly crisp crostinis. And of course, a special shout-out to our amazing bartender, who crafted a holiday-inspired Gingerbread Martini that quickly became the crowd favorite of the night! 🍸

We are so grateful for this community and the relationships we’ve built together. Wishing each of you a safe, joyful, and wonderfully festive holiday season! ✨🥂

Last week we had the joy of hosting a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner for our residents and their families 🧡

Our community was filled with laughter, stories, and the warmth that only comes from being surrounded by the people we love. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do — creating a place that truly feels like home.

A huge thank you to our incredible Culinary Team for preparing such a delicious and beautifully presented meal. Every dish was made with care, and you could feel the love in every bite.

Our talented Executive Chef treated our Traditions residents and their families to a special culinary demonstration this week! 🍰✨

Chef Mike crafted a delicious Tiramisu Trifle right before our eyes, and we had such a wonderful time learning, laughing, and enjoying the afternoon together.

A huge thank you to Chef Mike for all that he does each day to make sure our residents are well fed, cared for, and treated to memorable experiences. We appreciate you! 🫶🏽

We love creating meaningful moments for our residents — and this one was definitely a treat!

Yesterday we had the joy of hosting a special Friendsgiving with some of the amazing professionals in our community. We wanted to take a moment to give back, share a meal, and recognize the incredible partners who support us throughout the year.

Your dedication, compassion, and collaboration help us provide the highest level of care to our residents and we truly couldn’t do this without you!
