Hello dear friends,

This past weekend was…well, let’s just say it was a lot. Between a flooded basement, teen drama, and a car accident, it felt like everything was happening at once. And yet, here I am, still standing, still breathing, still showing up.

Yoga, mindfulness, and the incredible community around me remind me that resilience isn’t about perfection. It’s about bending without breaking, finding joy even in the chaos, and showing up for yourself and others, one small step at a time.

This week, I’m thinking about how we can build resiliency together — through kindness, through connection, through support. What are the little ways we can hold each other up when life feels heavy?
