There’s something powerful about consistency. Showing up to your mat, seeing familiar faces, and carving out space in your week just for you.

Whether you’re a longtime student or brand new, you are always welcome here.

This week, we invite you to come to class, bring a friend, and help us continue growing this community one class at a time.

If your New Year’s resolutions flopped a little… yeah, no kidding. You were trying to reinvent yourself in January. In the dead of winter. When all your body wanted was snacks, naps, and emotional support blankets.

At Little Warriors Yoga School Summer Camp at Get To-Gather Farm, kids get to unplug, move their bodies, explore nature, and just be kids. Through yoga, creative play, mindfulness, and outdoor adventures, we’re creating the kind of summer memories that stick for a lifetime.

Across the country, there is a call for a general pause — no work, no school, no shopping. A moment to step out of the usual grind and remember our shared humanity. We are standing in solidarity with the people of Minneapolis, and we’re opening our doors to our community.
—
This isn’t about politics.
It never has been.
—
It’s about what the path of yoga teaches us:
That joy, rest, and action are not mutually exclusive — they are deeply reliant on one another.
—
We cannot show up for the world if we are depleted.
We cannot act with clarity if we never pause to breathe.
And we cannot care for our communities without first tending to our nervous systems.

So we invite you to practice with us.
