If you've got some yoga under your belt and are looking to build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to poses, this is for you. Kristine will skillfully guide you through a warm-up, utilize the wall for insightful alignment cues, and share practical drills to integrate these shapes into your flow.

"The 26", is a set sequence of specific breath work and poses intended to improve your strength, balance and flexibility.

Train for more flexibility and mobility in your major muscles and joints. This deeply relaxing class blends slower paced sequencing, longer holds and intuitive movement to encourage your best stretch. Perfect for rest/recovery days or if you just want to feel gooood. 🤤

The room is warm but NOT actively heated. Blocks and straps are available to borrow. You're encouraged to BYO bolsters or blankets.

All levels welcome.
