Sound healing has been a part of the human experience since humans first hummed a tune. Vibrations and sound waves heal the body in such profound waves. We have yet to have all the scientific answers, but those who are open to it, find how healing it can be on every level: Mind, Body and Spirit.

Took a Trauma Informed class specifically for Massage Therapists and it was quite enlightening. I know my own trauma and how I deal with it, but working with others' and their trauma in a massage setting is very different.
I am technically now a "Trauma Informed Massage Therapist" and will apply the new knowledge to all sessions as needed.

Got these beauties yesterday and did my very first 'sound bath' on myself last night. So healing for the nervous system, etc. Love them! Will be incorporating them into treatments if requested, and hope to add more bowls later as I get better at them. May even plan some events, so stay posted...
