Welcome to the Reembody Method!

WHO WE ARE The Reembody Method is a movement modality that assists in injury rehabilitation and sports performance. With over 80 apprentices spanning four continents, we’re obsessed with finding the latest research on neurological laterality, applying it to your body, and sharing these discoveries with the world.

Reembody starts with the premise that forces—not tissue or bones—are the fundamental units of human movement. How force moves through you, whether sitting at a desk or climbing a mountain, is mediated by how your body adjusts to its environment. The presence (or absence) of threat is the first place we look for movement inefficiencies.

WHAT WE DO We’ve taken the latest research on neurological side dominance and tailored it to fit the modern human. Your laterality explains a lot about how you move, where you’re weak, and how your body absorbs the stresses put upon it through daily life.

It also tells us how to make you stronger.
