We Met In 2010 and we were both in a deep state of depression because of our relationships.
We would take long drives, stopping at places like Popeyes, Wendy’s Dunkin Donuts to escape and bond through eating fatty foods and sweets.
We just wanted to be happy and food was the quickest fix at the time.
But after 3 years of binge eating, we got EVEN MORE DEPRESSED and even started arguing over the smallest things because of the guilt of our past and the overeating we were doing.
We would be happy one minute but then when we sat at a dinner table and had to unbutton our pants before eating, it reminded us how much damage we were causing our selves.
We HAD TO DO SOMETHING or the relationship we were trying to build would be broken.
