Let’s put all the exercises together in a workout... do it with me!
P.S. A minor goof; I forgot to do the lateral lift, bicep curls and bent over lateral lift ( the exercises with the weights) two times through. Add those 3 exercises in a 2nd time through.

Happy Planksgiving from New Zealand! Are you ready to stay healthy and fit and relieve stress over the holidays? It can be done....take a quick 20 minute walk daily; get the heart pumping and feel the huff and puff and do a plank daily. Increase the time of your plank hold by 15 seconds each time you do it until you are up to 2 minutes! Really! You can do it! Your body will adapt to your new add on seconds. Feel better instantly in body, mind and soul.
