Dear clients, I appreciate your consideration in providing adequate notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment. Although life's unexpected events may occur, failing to notify me of cancellations is unacceptable. I kindly request that you text or call me to inform me of your inability to attend your appointment. Please note that my business is my primary source of income, and repeated no-shows from the same clientele will incur a cancellation fee, which will be strictly enforced. Three years ago I had a dream to offer my gifts as a LMT and start my own business after working for over a decade in the metro area.
