BIG NEWS! We’re moving! 📦

Luckily, we’re not going far! We’re moving our studio about 1 mile up the road to 1303 Cambridge Street, right in Inman Square, Cambridge. Our current space has been so special, but it is no longer sustainable for the studio in the long term.

More important info is in the second slide about logistics around the move! Most importantly:

❗️We will be closed from Feb 8–14 as we move into the new space and out of the old one, and any current memberships will pause for that time

Our new space will open on Feb 15! 🥳

We can’t wait for this new chapter with you all!

Partner yoga for labor and delivery is an informative class, whether you plan a medicated or unmedicated birth. You and your partner will learn postures, movements, and mindfulness practices to prepare your body for birthing your baby. Are you ready for 2026? Join Spira to start 2026 off with intention and manifestation to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for the new. We will use guided meditation to relax your mind and help you envision what you want to bring into your life in the new year. We will also use journaling and movement to stay grounded and bring clarity.

Bring your mat, a journal (if you have one), and a piece of cardboard for your vision board. I have magazines for the vision boards but if you want to bring some, feel free to bring them along, or even print photos in advance of images you want to use.

Hey Boston and Cambridge! Are you looking for a new wellness practice? We’re glad you found us 😉

We’re a woman-owned small business in East Cambridge, right next to the Lechmere T stop and Cambridgeside Galleria. We believe that yoga should be accessible for everyone, and we have a ton of diffferent classes to prove it!

At our studio, you won’t find a sweaty, cardio-intensive practice. Instead, we go back to traditional yoga that focuses on the mind-body connection. You’ll of course work on your strength and balance, but it’s not going to be a “workout” like other studios offer. Instead, you’ll learn to come home to your body, and the results will show themselves with reduced tension, less aches and pains, and a relaxed mind!

Our studio is a wonderful community, and we’d love to welcome you into it!
