Hey Boston and Cambridge! Are you looking for a new wellness practice? We’re glad you found us 😉

We’re a woman-owned small business in East Cambridge, right next to the Lechmere T stop and Cambridgeside Galleria. We believe that yoga should be accessible for everyone, and we have a ton of diffferent classes to prove it!

At our studio, you won’t find a sweaty, cardio-intensive practice. Instead, we go back to traditional yoga that focuses on the mind-body connection. You’ll of course work on your strength and balance, but it’s not going to be a “workout” like other studios offer. Instead, you’ll learn to come home to your body, and the results will show themselves with reduced tension, less aches and pains, and a relaxed mind!

Our studio is a wonderful community, and we’d love to welcome you into it!
