We have had an increasing number of calls inquiring what is required to get an appointment with Dr Voytko... Good news... nothing special is required! The only insurance that currently requires calls to your primary doctor prior is United Healthcare. If you have any other coverage (or self pay) simply call, let us know what you need seen for and we will promptly get you scheduled!

We have upgraded to a new medical records system. This is a great step forward. As with any new system, please be patient with us as we navigate 🙂 Even if you are established with us, please be sure to bring your insurance cards and medication lists for new scans . You also now have the availability to log onto the portal to update information prior to your appointment. Any questions with that process, please call. We look forwarding to continuing to provide excellent care with an enhanced system.

We plan to resume normal hours tomorrow, Tuesday January 27th at 8 a.m. If you are unable to keep your appointment, phones come on at 8 a.m. and answering machine is always on. If you have an injury due to fall on snow and ice, remember no referral needed but calling for appointment time is. Please use caution on your way here or anywhere . Allow extra time. Friendly tip. Not just at our office, but any medical facility, one important factor is patient awareness. So many things are vital to smooth processes in care and testing. Always remember to have your:

*photo ID (adults for a minor)
*up to date medication and allergy list
*active insurance information
* power of attorney or guardian papers if necessary
*surgical history and implant/device/stent information
*accessible phone number
*companion at appointment for those w/hearing, speech or memory issues.. accurate communication is key
