I’m excited to announce that I will be providing mental health services in Cambridge again. I am launching my own private practice, Blackwater Wellness, LLC. I will post further details very soon on how we can reconnect services. I am beyond grateful for the support I have received from you all.

I have remained silent against my better judgement and my true character. I will be in court tomorrow morning to hopefully speak about what has happened to me.

I was fired for declining to sign a non-compete contract after working for several months and being threatened and having my pay withheld without merit. I had previously told him that I have lived here all my life and will not be barred from serving my community especially after my decades of volunteer service. This separated me from my patients that I care deeply about and have tried my hardest to serve. I have worked too hard for myself and my community to be extorted and taken advantage of for 50% of my “collections” for no investment and complete disregard to my vulnerable patient population. Only response I received was “close out your charts”.

I have invested many hours this week and a half trying to connect patients to services and have not even begun to scratch the surface as this office is only referring them to primary care and not appropriate mental health services .

When I look tired in court tomorrow just know that I have not been sleeping as well as my opposition dreaming of dollar signs. Talk to me about selflessness when you willingly jump out of bed for FREE to care for your community through fire, collisions, heart attacks, and stubbed toes and do not bill.

I will see you in court tomorrow Helen Lewis Peel Elizabeth Giese Carson Windsor Ira Kurz and all of the others that think they know what is happening in their community.
