Here I am lying in the Birthing Cave in Sedona. I am breathing new life into my soul with the abundant nature surrounding me.

Thanks to everyone, especially my husband Doug, who has helped me along the way. Life, what a trip!

Czech Garlic Soup to drive the vampire away! My son-in-law made some, when I was the sickest. Now I return the favor. Recipe credit
5 potatoes, 8 cloves of garlic(I put 12) 2 bay leaf, marjoram, S&P, 6 cups broth(I also added chicken bones)
Sauté diced potatoes in oil, 5 min, add spices, S&P and garlic, sauté 1 min, add broth cook for 30 mins.

I'm glad to be up and in the kitchen, where I feel the most creative. Food is love.😍🥰

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024! Yes, I'm happy, that's just my face!😁I don't make resolutions.

I had a great holiday with family and was looking forward to my staycation. I got COVID for the first time. (Ugh, it's so 2020, thankfully not anymore.)
Day 1-3, fever, sore throat, bedridden. Day 3-5, no fever, more active, fatigue, brain fog. Day 6, feeling more normal. Still weird though.

I was supposed to work today, this week, but I won't until I test negative and feel 100% I'm about 70% today. I cooked and did dishes. Yay!🎊

Lessons for myself: I AM HUMAN!!
1) Stop! I can't do everything, everywhere, all at once. Ask for HELP, people will help you.
2)Do ONE task at a time. It will all eventually get done, or not. Accept this, despite ADHD tendencies.
3) Slow down. REST. I am no longer 20,40,50, or 60 even. Who can believe it?! 🤣😂
4)Have more FUN. I don't really know what that means, because I've been working for my whole life. But, I'm gonna find out.
5)Appreciate all the wonderful people and creatures in my life, every day. I do, I do, thank YOU!
