Wellness & Rehab Center
Tri Valley’s Wellness Center provides an ideal environment for meeting your individual health and wellness goals. Our Wellness staff will increase your comfort level with equipment, provide you with guidelines to get started, and offer support and advice along the way. The Wellness Center is open 24 hours/7 days a week with key fob access.

Nutrition Services
Tri Valley Health System offers individual nutrition counseling and group nutrition activities for adults and kids with our Registered Dietitian, Tonya Koeppen, through Tri Valley Healthy Living Center. Programs are designed to complement each client's own life whether they are looking for weight management, weight loss (for health or fitness) or nutritional management for the prevention/management of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
