Some days behind the chair are more than beauty appointments — they’re moments of care. 🤍

My beautiful client has been experiencing hair loss, and during her previous visit I noticed her hair had thinned quite a bit in the front. While her light, cool blonde locs are still gorgeous, they were missing a little fullness and face framing.

For this session, I introduced my custom colored, clip-in extensions to her service. We perfectly matched them to her own mix of blonde tones and added just two wefted tracks — nothing heavy, just enough to gently restore fullness and a little cutting to bring back some soft face framing.

The result? Natural, seamless, and still completely her.

Small, thoughtful additions like this can make such a difference — not just in the final look, but in how someone feels when they leave the chair.

This was part of a full hair and makeup session, and I truly adore working with my mature clients. There’s a comfort and honesty in our appointments that I deeply value. Whenever she and I meet, the conversations are just as beautiful as the finished look. ✨

Hair is personal. And sometimes the smallest changes can bring the biggest confidence.

And I see it. I feel it. I don’t take it for granted.

If you’ve ever supported me, prayed for me, booked me, referred me, checked on me, defended me, invested in me, loved my son, or simply told me to keep going…

This post is for you. 💋

Because to me —

L is for the loyalty you show —
booking, rebooking, referring, and defending my name in rooms I’m not in.

O is for the opportunities you open —
introductions, collaborations, “I thought of you for this,”
and the doors that quietly unlock because you spoke my name with respect.

V is for the value you see in me —
not just what I do with my hands…
but who I am as a woman, mother, business owner, and visionary.

E is for the encouragement —
the prayers, the late-night talks, the check-ins, the “keep going,”
the love you show my son, my businesses, my dreams.

Some send invoices paid on time.
Some send texts or call to check in.
Some send clients.
Some send peace.
Some send protection.
Some send alignment.

All of it is love.

And I don’t take any of it lightly.

This morning I’m sipping coffee a client gifted me… in a mug another client gifted me — and it hit me how deeply grateful I am for the people who choose me, trust me, and pour into me in these little ways.

These small moments remind me that this business is built on real connections, not just transactions.

Thank you for the love, the trust, and all the small gestures of kindnesses that make my days brighter.

I’ve been building something pretty special… something I’m truly proud of.

Every time a regular books with me, it brings me so much joy knowing they feel safe choosing me to keep them looking their best.

And because I’m an on-location artist, I don’t just do hair and makeup — I’m invited into people’s homes, their routines, their real lives. I see a lot, I hear a lot, and I never take that access for granted.

The confidence my clients place in me — with their beauty, their space, and their privacy —

Today, my heart is full—overflowing, really.

This year has stretched me, yet strengthened me, humbled me, and blessed me in ways I’m still uncovering. And through it all, I am grateful.

Grateful for every soul who has touched my life—my family, my friends, my clients, my supporters, my silent cheerleaders, and even those who crossed my path for just a moment but left something meaningful behind. Your love, your trust, your business, your encouragement, your presence… it has all shaped me.

I’m thankful for every lesson, every closed door that protected me, every open door that lifted me, every prayer said on my behalf, and every moment that reminded me I am guided, covered, and chosen for something bigger.

If you’re reading this, I speak peace, protection, clarity, abundance, and joy over you and the people you love. May your home be warm, your table be full, and your heart remember that you deserve every blessing connected to your name.
