🎯 Less is more! When it comes to toothpaste for kids, the amount matters.

🧒 Ages 0–3: Use a smear or grain-of-rice size of fluoride toothpaste.
👧 Age 3 and up: Use a pea-sized amount.
🪥 Make sure your child spits out the toothpaste after brushing!
Too much toothpaste — especially if swallowed — can increase the risk of fluorosis (tiny white spots on teeth) without extra benefit.

✨ Pro tip: Always supervise brushing until about age 7–8 to ensure proper technique and safe toothpaste use.

This Black History Month, we’re spreading awareness and celebrating lifesaving rhythms. ❤️
Hands-Only CPR should be performed at 100–120 beats per minute — the same tempo as many iconic hits. If someone suddenly collapses: Call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
Because the right beat can save a life.

It's American Heart Month!
Protect your heart with simple daily habits:
❤️ Eat smart: Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables and choose whole grains and lean proteins to help manage blood pressure and cholesterol.
🚶‍♀️ Move your body: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate activity most days — even a brisk walk counts.
🚭 Stay tobacco-free: Not smoking (and avoiding secondhand smoke) is one of the most powerful ways to protect your heart.

Small steps today can lead to a healthier heart tomorrow.

✨ Did you know? Once your child’s teeth start touching, it’s time to start flossing!

🔹 Daily flossing helps remove plaque and food particles between the teeth — where toothbrushes can’t reach. This makes cavities less likely and keeps gums healthy.
🔹 Begin flossing once a day when two teeth touch, and help them learn good habits early.
🔹 Use gentle C-shaped motions to protect their gums.
Healthy gums = bright smiles! 😁

📌 Tip: Make flossing fun with colorful floss picks or a song — consistency builds lifelong habits!
