We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming response and enthusiasm surrounding this year’s program. All 25 seats filled far faster than anticipated, and registration closed with a substantial waitlist in place. We are thrilled to see so much interest from students across the region eager to explore careers in healthcare.

This National Nurses Week, we’re proud to celebrate Damaris—whose journey in nursing continues to inspire the next generation 💙

After many years as a dedicated nurse, Damaris now serves as a massage therapist and as our High School Health Careers Program Coordinator. Every day, she pours her experience, compassion, and knowledge into guiding young people toward careers in healthcare.

Her story is a powerful reminder that nursing doesn’t just impact patients—it shapes future leaders in our community.
