✔ Unlimited virtual/telehealth visits (if medically appropriate)
✔ Extended appointment times

✔ 2 house sick calls per year included (IV therapy available at 15% discount for Premier Members)

💰 Coverage & Costs
Membership fees are not covered by insurance (patients pay out-of-pocket). Insurance may still be used for:
• Labs
• Imaging/diagnostic tests
• Prescription medications (excluding compounding pharmacy prescriptions)
• Referrals and hospital care
