A free adult mental health first aid training will be held on Friday, January 16 from 9am-4pm at the McCook Community College. Learn how to help someone who is experiencing a mental health illness or crisis. This course is open to anyone who is interested! Email shannonsell@r2hs.com to register.

Tri Valley Health System is happy to announce the arrival of the first baby born in 2026! John Cauy Ryan was born on January 3, 2026 at 1:48 p.m. to Jade and Skyler Ryan of Cambridge. John weighed 8 pounds 12 ounces and was 22” tall. John was delivered by Dr. Shiuvaun Jaeger. John was presented with a wagon full of gifts from Tri Valley Health System, Tri Valley Medical Foundation and many area businesses. Congratulations to the Ryan family!
