Deepest gratitude from Carolyn and me to everyone who came out for Spirit Talks last night - both people and Spirit. The Spirits showed up in force and we had so much fun reading for the audience. And, thank you to all who helped with the event, from set up to zoom room to take down - we are deeply grateful and have so much love for each of you.

We are already looking ahead to next year and planning another great round of Spirit Talks for you! So much love to you all.

Divine Signs are always trying to get your attention. Here’s one example from my life:

This is Parmahamsa Yogananda, the amazing American - Indian Hindu monk with a mystical life journey who is widely credited as bringing yoga to the West.

I read his book, Autobiography of a Yogi, about 10 years ago and started loosely dabbling in practicing Kriya yoga as a result.

Fast forward to three months ago: a very cool friend in my personal life shared they practice Kriya yoga. Ding! The bells started going off in my head to return to it. But, life got very busy and I didn’t.

Two months ago, in Psychic & Spiritual Development class, I had Babaji’s (one of Yogananda’s predecessors) devotional card on the altar and a class participant said, Oh yeah, I’m reading Autobiography of a Yogi right now”. Ding! More bells go off in my head. And still, with September being one of the busiest months of my entire year, I left the awareness alone.

Yesterday, Yogananda was on the altar during Psychic & Spiritual Development class and this woman who I met for the first time as a class participant says, “I practice Kriya every day. I am rereading the book for the 5th time!” Ding! Bells go off again.

I almost started to cry because this is spirit / Source (perhaps even Yogananda himself?) nudging me to go back to this body of work and cultivate it personally.

Guess what I’m going to go back and reread? 😉

This. This moment. This decision. This journey. Stepping back into the dojo.

As many of you know, I run a huge energy frequency in my life and it has become amplified after the silent week long Buddhist retreat I was on this past summer.

I find myself living in an expanded reality, full of more authentic power.

I’m excited to return to my karate practice after a hiatus and now I’m in it for the long run.

Live your power. Live your truth. Live your best life. You call the shots. You control how your life is shaped - like I’m doing as a “chick in a karate class”! 🥋 ❤️ 🙋🏻‍♀️
