We’re proud to recognize Allison Fields, RN Case Manager with our Customer-Focused Core Value Award.

During a recent visit, Allison quickly recognized that a patient was in significant distress and in need of hospice services. She responded with compassion and urgency, supporting the family through a difficult moment, educating them on next steps, and coordinating seamlessly with our hospice team to ensure timely care.

We're feeling incredibly grateful this year.

We had the privilege of welcoming 10,747 patients and families into our care, and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing people behind the scenes.

In 2025, 1,229 new team members joined Interim HealthCare, helping us continue to serve our communities with compassion, empathy, and integrity.

Thank you to every caregiver, clinician, and support team member who made this year possible.

Spreading compassion, joy, and cheer means so much to all of us at Interim.

Our team and several of our Interim Kids recently gathered to create 50 handmade holiday cards for our hospice patients. Every card reflects care, creativity, and genuine compassion, a reminder that our patients are thought of, valued, and never alone. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped spread a little extra warmth and kindness this season. These cards may be small, but the love behind them is huge.
