Thanksgiving: a moment to slow down, appreciate each other, and simply… BREATHE.

This time of year reminds us how powerful it is to gather, move, sweat, and grow together. Whether you come once a month or every single day, you are part of what makes our studio feel alive. We are deeply grateful for you — for showing up for yourself, for doing the hard work, and for making our space brighter just by being in it.

As a small way to say thank you, we’re sharing our seasonal promotion inspired by abundance and community. The more you commit to your practice, the more you save — and the more you’ll be nourished by the heat, strength, and transformation waiting in the room this winter.

Marlee teaches Inferno Hot Pilates at BREATHE and loves helping people find joy in movement. She feels that movement is a celebration and a form of resistance, and finds it so special to be able to come together as a group and move with the bodies and minds we have that day.

Join us on Sunday, October 12th as we honor and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with 2 special classes, led by BREATHE’s own Nina Benites, with Jason Felitto joining Nina for the Restore + Sound Healing. Both classes will help raise money for Mujeres Unidas Avanzando, a Dorchester-based non-profit whose mission is to empower Latinos and immigrants by providing educational, social, and childcare services.
