I was asked today why I liked being a Beachbody coach and didn't want to deal with other companies?
I have been doing Beachbody programs for well over 5 years now. They have always helped me meet the fitness goals that I have had in mind. So for the past 4 years, I have been coaching. Standing by the programs that have made me have crazy amount of natural energy for me to play with all 4 of my rugrats. Obesity and heart disease as well as diabetes has touched nearly 80% of my family I would say. Their health is not the best due to this. I am going to be 29 next week. All of my blood work and other health stuff is always in the normal range now that ive made this a lifestyle, my skin is clear, my endurance is high, I can run with my babies for hours instead of sitting on the side line like I did with my first born.I love pushing people to be better and healthier. To give them the opportunities and support ive had. I have been grateful to have an amazing team behind me and lets not forget the income. Ytd $4300 in sales? That just extra cushion for the pockets. My little savings plan for car issues, emergencies etc. I love beachbody and what its done for me and my family, 💪🏃👏🍏🍓🍇🍅🌽

I post these picture so that you all see that I am not perfect either. I have had 4 kids. 2 being twins. My belly has zero muscle tone. I have stretch marks of galore. I gave up on myself because I always put my kids needs first. Then one day I was playing with my daughter and she asked me to do a cartwheel with her. I went to do one and honestly couldn't swing my legs up all the way. Then it hit me, Heidi you have to take time for you and prioritize you into this crazy mix we call life. If not how are you gonna stay healthy and be here when everyone does need you? So here is me in the raw, putting it all out there ans hoping to be someones inspiration. Have a great Tuesday:)
