Join us tomorrow night, Monday, January 19, at 6:30 pm, at the studio for our once-a-month Meditation class, open to all.

This calming evening begins with gentle breathwork to settle the body and quiet the mind, followed by a guided meditation that gently expands awareness—from yourself outward—cultivating care, connection, and goodwill for yourself and others. We’ll close with time for journaling and reflection, allowing space to integrate and fully dedicate this time to yourself.

In the midst of busy schedules and constant stimulation, slowing down is essential. This practice offers a chance to pause, reconnect with body and mind, and nurture a sense of peace, stillness, and shared humanity.
