💜 Today was the kickoff to Overdose Awareness Week 💜

💟 Drug Free Muskingum tasked each agency with “painting Muskingum County purple — so if you drive by and see the Shultz at Cedar Ridge, our women’s residential facility glowing purple, you know why 💡

🍭 All of the area agency’s also participated in Drug Free Muskingum’s “Community Education & Awareness Family Fun Night” — Cedar Ridge brought out a crowd favorite 🤩 The Cotton Candy Machine!!

🤍 Tonight our hearts are full as we kick off this week — we will not forget those we have lost to the disease of addiction 💞

It truly takes a village to do what we do each day, and at Christ’s Table, we rely on the kindness and dedication of our volunteers! This week’s menu features cabbage and ham—which means we need hundreds of pounds of cabbage prepped to feed our friends. So, who do we call? The wonderful ladies from Cedar Ridge, of course! They’re always there with willing hands and smiling faces, and we are so thankful for them. Thank you for being such a cherished part of our village! 💛🥬
