Today's WorkOut Session:
3 sets of 10 Down/ start at 10- then 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 then do it in reverse 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 only three second count between every count...if this routine doesn't get you going ...about could start off with a low count in krder to build up your strength and endurance...along with this routine I added stretches... awesome routine...

Thoughts for today...Stay Focused because with the blink of an eye you could lose it all...be grateful and humble...and never forget where you come from ,because you could go right back where you was...Drink Water / Stretch / Meditate Inhale and exhale...if you have a partner or Children animal allow them in your space you wouldn't believe how much they could be a great motivator...and not all in one day but one day just get rid of one rhing or something that might be keeping your plane from flying high in the sky....maybe a bad habit/ a person place or thing it doesn't matter start somewhere and get rid of it...i.promise you your life will change so quick...
