Who remembers the old Sears building in Memphis? The last time I was in that building, 30ish years, it was Sears. My grandfather said it's the first building with air conditioning that he was ever in.

Today, it's been transformed into condos, restaurants, radio station, businesses complex, brewery....all while preserving the history of the original building. It was a nice walk down memory lane.

I've been buying too much without getting rid of anything. Going to try to focus more on that.
