TOADS - Teaching Older Adults Digital Skills We are a 501(c)(3) organization who employee Developmentally Different individuals, such as those on the Autism Spectrum and other Intellectual Disabilities.

They teach older adults how to use their cellphones, smart TVs and much more! TOADS mission is to provide our team members the vocational skills necessary to become an integrated member of a workforce and attain fulfilling roles within the community. We will recognize success when we enable every team member the chance to achieve their highest quality of life, regardless of their intellectual and developmental abilities.
