Updated no call no show policy. I hate to do this but the amount of no shows continue to impact our business. We were requiring a deposit however some elect to pay cash so we let the deposit slide. So here is what has to happen.

If you book any cosmetic procedure and fail to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time slot you will have a $100 balance that must be paid before we will provide any further services.

I really hate to do this but are machines are booked out weeks in advance and there are other clients that would have loved to have your slot that you failed to show up for. Please be respectful and cancel your appointment if you are not available to make it.

As we approach the holiday seasons we are looking for two families to adopt for Christmas. If you know of a family in need please send me a email to flightnursebrad@gmail.com explaining the need/needs number of kids and family members. We will select the two families by 11-10-25 and will then notify you if your suggested family was chosen. All we ask is that request are truly for families in need. May you all be blessed!

Effective January 1 2026 Botox will increase to $9.50 per unit and microneedling will increase to $350 per session or $1000 for 3 sessions. This price is for one single area. For example face or neck or chest or arms or legs or stomach. We will still honor a 50% discount on a second body area if done during the same visit. For example a single session for the face and neck would cost $525. We apologize for the increases however our supplies and cost of Botox has increased. I can still assure you that our microneedling prices still are untouchable compared to other med spas that have the same machines that we operate.

We are currently monitoring the weather for next Tuesday and Wednesday. As of now we will operate on normal business hours. Should the weather pose a threat to our employees we will modify hours. We will update via social media as well as via text should we need to implement changes.

This is a reminder we close from 12-1230 EVERY DAY for lunch. I am sorry that this sometimes causes inconvenience however as the business owner I am required by law to provide my staff with “breaks”. Our hours are posted all over the office, on social media, and our website. Thank you for your understanding.
