I’m in a season of rebuilding.
Revamping my coaching business…
while pursuing one of the most exciting, and challenging degrees of my life.

Some days I go hard.
Locked in. Focused. Creating.
Other days… I take breaks. I rest. I nap, joy ride with my sis.

And I’ve learned… all are necessary.

Because what keeps me steady isn’t just discipline
it’s how I tend to my thoughts.
It’s my spiritual practice.
It’s the way I come back to myself… over and over again.

I don’t move from pressure anymore.
I move from alignment.
