As with many autoimmune diseases, everyone’s experience is different. That is why MG is referred to as the snowflake disease. I was started on several medications for disease management and in my experience, I wan

ted to learn all I could regarding natural ways to help manage disease. I have been in the medical field for 20 years. I also wanted to find a more natural approach to keep my family from bringing viral illnesses home and I wanted to stay well. I am from Camden, TN and have lived in the area the majority of my life. I apologize that I haven’t had Elderberry and fire cider available the last few weeks. However, I have two batches ready! It is the 12 oz bottle of Elderberry for $25. Fire cider $20

I have Elderberry syrup and fire cider available. I know there is a lot of sickness going around. Do what you can to keep yourself well naturally!
A teaspoon a day for prevention, and every 3-4 hours if you come down with something!

I have a few extra Elderberry and 5 fire cider that have not been spoken for. If you have tried the abx and steroids route and still haven’t kicked this mess that’s going around, try taking a natural approach! I have seen it work over and over without taking medications with a list of side effects!

My mother, Joy Sells Wright has 5 bags of just picked lettuce mix (1/2 pound) for $5 each and also she has 5 (6oz) package of microgreens of kale and lettuce mix for $5 each. You can add to smoothy, top a salad, add to toast and avacado. These tiny greens are loaded in nutrients!

Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants.
What’s more, their nutrient content is concentrated, which means that they often contain higher vitamin, mineral and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens.
