We also have an assisted/senior living unit. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances for skilled nursing care.

August 2nd was Derby Day at the Union Maine Fair! We're so grateful for everyone who made this day special! A big thanks to Corey at Benners Auto Parts in South Thomaston for donating a car for Windward Gardens to run in the Derby! We had such an amazing time!🥳🫐🎡🚗 Did anyone see us there? We want to hear from you! Share your favorite moment from the 2025 demolition derby!

We just wanted to take a quick look back in time to celebrate these two amazing staff members we have here at Windward Gardens! At the beginning of April, Sean, one of our fantastic CNA-Ms, was recognized as February's 'You Rock Winner' after receiving multiple shout outs from his awesome co-workers! Sean was gifted a Nintendo Switch as an award. And let's not forget Lamin, one of our wonderful CNAs, who was nominated for a weekly Leading with Heart award! We’re so proud and thankful to have these gentlemen as part of our team! 🎉🥳🎇

Lois exemplifies flexibility in meeting the needs of the center and takes great pride in her care for our residents. We are fortunate to have both of them as part of our team!
