Our Friday Seafood Special brought a taste of the coast right to English Meadows Camden with a beautifully prepared crab stuffed flounder, baked to perfection and filled with a savory blend of seasoned crab meat. Served alongside was a crisp, refreshing coleslaw made fresh for the day, offering the perfect balance of crunch and tang. Residents also enjoyed a hearty loaded baked potato topped with butter, cheese, and all the classic fixings, paired with a warm slice of golden cornbread to complete the meal. This comforting and flavorful spread made our Friday gathering, one residents looked forward to each week.

Lavender Hills fun day of games was scheduled for this morning. Due to the chilly temperatures, the fun was carried inside. We enjoyed a series of games from corn hole, pool noodle, bowling, beach ball bounce, and we closed out the fun with delicious cookie decorating. Staff and residnets joined in for the fun..

Today, was a fun filled St. Patrick's Day with a complete St. Patty's Day menu from start to finish thanks to Chef Scott and our wonderful dietary team! The meal consisted of
Corn, beef, cabbage, red potatoes, Irish soda, bread, and Dublin cheesecake for dessert.
The residents and staff enjoyed a afternoon celebration party. Brad our marketing director visited numerous health care centers delivering ☘️ shamrock sugar cookies.
