Most anyone can find 20 minutes in their day to improve overall health . No matter what your age, interval training can be a very effective form of exercise.

Researchers have found that interval exercise training (resistance-based and cardiovascular) improves endothelial function in older adults. Resistance interval training in particular could help reduce the risk of heart disease in adults with type 2 diabetes.

Note that even though Cody suggests for the push-up hand position to be under the chest, this is not essential. Hand placement under the shoulders or slightly wider than shoulder-width is commonly used depending on ones strength goal.
Remember: form is more important than weight used. When squatting, the hips should go back and down as if your sitting on a stool. Be sure that the knees stay over top of the feet, and do not go beyond the toes.
