Friday, (4/3) 5:15-6:30pm at CWH

Firside Chat 🔥 29 Cobb Rd Camden Thursday, (4/2) 5:30-7:00pm Come sit by the fire, talk about what is happening for you, listen, feel supported by your community. Dress for being outside- bring insulated mug, soup may happen 😉

Drum Workshop happening on Tuesday, 3/31 5:30pm. $20/ person $5/ drum rental of needed.

Hello lovely humans:
Just a quick reminder that there will be no Infrared Yoga class tomorrow, Monday 2/16 and...
I hope you are able to come to our Fireside ❤️‍🔥 Chat at my house. This is an outdoor fire, I have about a dozen chairs, please bring an insulated mug that you can drink out of with your favorite fireside beverage. I will have hot water and tea and hot cocoa w/ marshmallows(of course)! to share, maybe some soup if I can get that together...?
Dress warm, bring blankets, anything you may need for being outside. We will pass the talking stick and share whatever is on our minds. We will listen, talk, and perhaps sing and do a guided meditation together, it's kind of a free flowing organic kind of a thing.
My house is 29 Cobb Rd in Camden. Please park along the side of the road and maybe on the side of Cobb Hill Rd just beyond my house if there is no room because of the snow.
Also, there is still space in the Partner Yoga class on Friday, 2/27 5:15-6:30pm.
