If you want rain relocation updates, message me your email to be on the outdoor yoga list.
I bring; a limited number of mats, blocks, straps and good cheer.
You can bring; friends, family, blanket if you like, something for under your mat, your own mat if you have one and a willingness to connect with your breath and body. 🕉️

POP-UP Outdoor Yoga class on Tuesday, MAY 27th at 9:00 am in the Camden Amphitheater. It’s promising to be super sunny and warm and I think we need to get this outdoor thing started 🙏🏼💗

Group Yoga Classes are on pause until we head outside in June on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:00am in the Anphitheater Park. I’ll be sending out an update in late May about when we will start. Pm me if you want to receive my updates but do not.

Infrared Heated Yoga is ON tonight Monday, 4/28 and Weds 4/30 both at 5:30 pm. Passholders can attend either or both to make up missed classes and Drop-Ins welcome as well. I will be teaching Infrared just the first 1/2 of May, so ,”If you want it, here it is, come and get it, but you better hurry cause it may not last!” 🎶😉🌞🧘🏼‍♂️
