THE FUTURE OF FOOD #3: SOY IS THE BEST PLANT PROTEIN - Soybeans are the most widely grown legumes in the world providing the highest quality protein providing all the essential and non-essential amino acids your body needs. The key to sustainable weight loss (as opposed to the “yoyo” weight loss and weight gain of trendy weight loss fads) is a high resting metabolic rate as well as balanced nutrition.
