Come as You are Yoga We will meet once a week to focus on some gentle asanas (poses), pranayma breathing and meditation. No matter your issues.

Come join me , as we do Sun Salutations, Flow, Restorative , all gentle, and we will mainly focus on Pranayama breathing and mediation. Come as you are, all are welcome, come find yourself.
