We have returned from Italy and as always, the return is bittersweet. A piece of my heart always remains in Italy. I still plan to live there part-time some day…

But alas, we are home and I am trying to get back into my yoga groove. (Remember when I lost my mojo? I’m looking for it again! 🙃)

The July book I am using as a guide for yoga this month is remarkable and is just what I need right now to refind myself and my mojo. This month, we will address how to live your best life - even when things don’t turn out as we’ve planned, embracing impermanence and life lessons from the bardos.

I have been facing some “life issues” that had me so depressed recently. I did not want to get out of the bed. And that’s just not how I usually respond to life. So, I’m leaning into this book, my yoga practice, and some kirtan kriya to help me find my place again.

Trips with the Travel Yogi are always exceptional and our northern Italy adventure was no exception!! Beautiful country with beautiful people!
