✨ New Year. New Goals. The Best Years Are Yet to Come. ✨

As we step into a new year, many of us think about what we want more of—peace of mind, confidence, connection, and joy. For adults 50 and older, Empower@Home offers a supportive way to work toward those goals. 💙

Empower@Home is a free, online emotional wellness program based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—a proven approach that helps people understand their thoughts, shift unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.

Through 9 easy, self-paced sessions, participants gain practical tools to improve mood, strengthen emotional resilience, and feel more connected—all from the comfort of home. 🏡

✨ Because this season of life isn’t about slowing down—it’s about growing with intention.

✨ Please join us in welcoming our newest therapist to Come to the Table Counseling — Bethany J. Gingerich, LMSW! ✨

Bethany is new to our staff team, but she is not new to this work. She interned with Come to the Table Counseling last year, and we are absolutely thrilled to welcome her back in this new role!

Bethany is a Licensed Master Social Worker with both her BSW and MSW from Keuka College. She brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy, offering both faith-based and secular counseling tailored to each individual’s needs.

She is passionate about helping people find balance, healing, and a deeper sense of self-understanding. Her work integrates cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based practices in a warm, welcoming, and collaborative space.

Bethany will be serving clients in Camden, Boonville, and through virtual appointments.

Outside the office, she loves traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.

We’re so grateful to have her heart, skill, and dedication back with us. 💙
Welcome home to Come to the Table Counseling, Bethany!

🎉 Celebrating 4 Years with Jane Clark! 🎉
Four years ago, Jane took a leap of faith—leaving her full-time job to stay closer to home and serve the Camden community through Come to the Table Counseling.

Since then, she has become such an important part of our team: a compassionate clinician, a dedicated friend, and our amazing Clinical Supervisor. Jane brings humor, heart, and wisdom to everything she does.

We’re so thankful for the difference she makes in the lives of our clients, team, and community every day. 💙

A little about me:

Hello! My name is Jessica Perusse. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) and a Certified School Social Worker (CSSW). I attended Canisius College in Buffalo and earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in neuroscience. I went on to earn a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 with a concentration in family systems and school social work. I have worked extensively with children and families in school settings, with military members and their families as well as Veterans and their families for over 16 years. As a country girl myself, I have a passion for bringing needed resources to rural communities and have recently opened a private practice for mental health care in Camden, NY.

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups of all sizes. I come from a holistic perspective –treating the mind, body and spirit to help restore a sense of balance in life. We all experience hardships and need help to heal. I am strongly influenced by my Christian worldview; however, I respect the personal uniqueness and self-determination of each individual and provide both faith-based as well as secular approaches to counseling. I use a variety of therapeutic tools such as psycho-education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Behavioral Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Intervention Therapy.
