I’m so excited to be teaching two new Wednesday morning classes at WHYOGA — both created to be accessible, supportive, and intentionally designed to meet you where you are.

🔥 6:00 AM Hot Yoga (Mixed Flow)
This class will flow based on who shows up. Some mornings we’ll slow it down and break things down so beginners feel comfortable, and other mornings we may build a little more heat and rhythm. Either way, this class is truly all levels and welcoming.

🌈 9:30 AM Gentle Chakra Flow
A slow, nurturing flow focused on breath, gentle movement, and grounding, ending with restorative poses so you can fully settle in.
Each week we’ll move through the chakras — this week’s focus is the Sacral Chakra (creativity, emotion, and flow). I’ve been bringing a crystal singing bowl tuned to the chakra we’re working with, and I’ll always be moving around the room offering Reiki throughout class.
It’s a whole vibe ✨
