Have you ever really looked at the 3/2 split schedule? Where every other weekend is a 3 day weekend?? And you never work more than 3 days in a row?? Come see us and let’s talk about it🩷🩷🩷 Here’s the math:
💕3/2 split schedule, you work 180-182 days in a 365 day period. (Plus every other weekend is a 3 day weekend)
💕Traditional 5/2 work week, you work +/- 260 days in 365 day period.
💕Rotating 4/2 work week, you work +/- 246 days in a 365 day period.
