Quick Reminder: Pricing & Access Update

Prior notice: email sent 08 JULY 2025. (This print notice is a courtesy reminder.)

Membership Pricing (as of Sept 1)
• Standard Membership: $35 / month
• Family Add‑On: $25 / month (for eligible family on the same account)
• Paid‑In‑Full (Annual): 20% off the standard rate

Access Systems (No Disruptions)
• Key Fob Members: Your key fobs will continue to work. We are not turning the key‑fob system off.
• Optional Switch to the New System: The new access control includes our mobile app and phone‑as‑key door unlock.
• If you’d like to switch, please schedule a time with staff so we can activate your app access. (Quick setup.)
• If you prefer, you may stay on key fob access. App features require switching to the new system.

We’re keeping things simple, fair, and sustainable so you always have a clean, secure, fully equipped 24/7 facility here in Camdenton and the Lake Ozark area

📧 Membership Pricing & Access Update – Effective September 1, 2025
Hey Patriots,
Big changes are rolling out at Central Fitness: A Patriot’s Gym, and here’s what you need to know.

🔁 Effective September 1, 2025:
We’re dropping all contracts and switching to a simpler, more flexible pricing model.
What used to be contract pricing is now available month-to-month — no commitment required.
All members not currently in CONTRACT will be switched to the new pricing effective September 1, 2025.

🔹 Open Deployment Plan
(Month-to-Month – No Contract)
Primary Member: $35/month + tax
Each Additional Family Member:$25/month + tax
(Example: Primary +1 = $60/month + tax)
✅ If you’re already a current member, the enrollment fee will not apply as long as you remain an active, paying member.
❗️Only new sign-ups will pay the enrollment fee.
👥 Family members must be signed up in personwith the primary account holder present.

🛡 Patriot’s Pledge
(Annual – Pay in Full, Save 20%)
Want to pay once and be done for the year?
Our Patriot’s Pledge gives you 20% off the standard monthly rate when paid in full.
Primary Annual: $335 + tax
(Enrollment fee still applies for new sign-ups only.)🔐 New Access System – Phone-Based Entry
We are officially transitioning away from key fobs.
Starting now, all members will begin switching over to our new phone-based entry system.
📲 If you’re a current member, you must call and schedule a quick in-office appointment to convert your account to this new system.
As part of this switch, you’ll also move into our new Members App:
Central Fitness US— available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Once you’re set up in the app, you’ll be able to:
Manage your own membership
Update your card or billing info
Access the gym using your phone
Stay fully in control — no more office visits just to make a simple change
