For over 40 years, LODC has proudly served the Lake area providing compassionate supports and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We are currently seeking hard-working, dependable individuals who thrive in a team environment to join our staff as a Direct Support Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Direct Support Staff, you will play a vital role in:

-Assisting individuals with daily living skills and personal care
-Supporting community outings, activities, and independence goals
-Building positive relationships
-Creating a safe, respectful, and fun environment

Requirements:

-Compassionate and patient individuals
-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-High school diploma or GED required
-Clean Valid driver’s license
-Pass drug and background screenings
-Ability to lift 25 lbs
