Not everyone was in the office yesterday, so we’re celebrating our amazing front desk team today for Administrative Professionals Day!

Hayley is the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly and our patients smiling from the moment they walk through the door. With 6 years of experience as a dental assistant, she brings a unique clinical perspective to the front desk—helping patients navigate scheduling, treatment questions, and overall care with confidence. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and compassionate approach create a welcoming, stress-free experience every single day.

Heidi has been a cornerstone of our front desk team since 2008 and is a familiar, trusted face to so many of our patients. She keeps everything running seamlessly while making each patient feel genuinely cared for. Heidi’s expertise in insurance coordination helps simplify the financial side of care, ensuring patients feel informed and at ease. Her warmth, knowledge, and dedication make her truly invaluable.
