Hand-made Flaxseed Buddies

Used Warm or Cold- 100% organic flaxseed, 100% cotton fabric and will last for years with proper care.
Can be used many different ways:
1. Neck roll- roll long ways for a smaller neck roll or short for a bigger roll
2. Neck and shoulders- roll pack ½ way on the longer side to drape over shoulder
3. Hands and Feet- fold in ½ to slide hands/feet into
4. Full back- warm or freeze and lay flat on back
5. Cramps/PMS/ muscle soreness- warm or freeze, fold in ½ and place on area
6. Lumbar support- roll or fold to give you lumbar support in any chair
7. Plantar Fasciitis/ feet swelling- freeze and slide feet in folded pack
8. Migraines- freeze and wrap head with the pack
9. And so much more.
Each pack weighs about 5 to 6 lbs and gives a wonderful comforting pressure during warming or cooling therapy.
