Our power is currently down, but we are OPEN and classes are running as scheduled. Yoga reminds us that we don’t need perfect conditions to find presence — just a willingness to show up.

To help things flow smoothly while our systems are limited:

• Please pre-book your class whenever possible — this makes check-in quick and easy
• Arrive a few minutes early
• Give your name at the front desk when you arrive so we can sign you in manually
• Dress in layers
• Bring full water bottle - water refill is down when there is no power

Today we honor the spirit of Easter — a celebration of renewal, hope, love, and the promise of new life. For many, this day reflects the resurrection story and the message that light, grace, and love are always possible, even after the darkest moments. An open heart reminds us that each day offers the opportunity to begin again.

Aloha Friday vibes from Hawaii 🌺🌊

Our amazing Studio Manager Dana is bringing the sunshine and balance with Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose) — a powerful posture that builds strength, focus, and freedom in the body.

How to practice Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana:
1. Begin standing tall in Mountain Pose.
2. Shift weight into one foot and ground firmly through all four corners of the standing foot.
3. Lift the opposite knee toward your chest.
4. Hold the big toe with your peace fingers (or use a strap).
5. Extend the leg forward (or out to the side) while lengthening through the spine.
6. Open the opposite arm wide for balance and expansion.
7. Breathe steadily, keeping the chest lifted and heart open.

This pose invites:
✨ Stability + strength
✨ Hamstring + hip opening
✨ Focus + confidence
✨ Expansion + freedom

Just like the ocean waves, balance is always shifting — and that’s part of the beauty of the practice.
