We are all ready for the Burkes Junction 2024 Halloween event tonight. Even Oogie Boogie and kids decided to join! We have lots of candy for any that visit our office in Cameron Park tonight.

Are you interested in working in a position that helps children and parents remain together while dealing with a difficult time in their lives and maintain their relationships? Do you enjoy children and believe you can protect them and ensure they are safe while visiting with their parent? Do you think parents should be able to enjoy their time with their kids? Then come work with us at Family Time Visitation Center.

We provide a safe place for children and parents and family members to meet, heal and bond. As a professional supervision monitor, you will ensure that children are protected from verbal abuse, emotional manipulation and physical violence. Your interaction with parents will allow them to know that you are an unbiased individual who is providing a safe and neutral setting with detailed documentation that occurs while they visit.
This is an hourly ($17) paid job with commission. We pay for training at a reduced hourly rate. Your weekly hours will range from 15 to 24 hours. Our hours work well for those in school or have afternoons and weekends available to work.
Employees earn sick days and vacation days after their probationary period.

If this sounds like something that appeals to you, then this may be the job for you. We are looking for the following person to work with us:
1. Must be able to type 40 words per minute. A typing test will be given during your interview.
2. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, as occasionally you may to pick up a baby or young child
3. Be able to complete training required by the state code
4. Be willing to work various shifts between the hours of Monday Through Friday 2 PM and 9
PM and Saturdays & Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM. Weekend availability is necessary for this position. Although schedules vary over time depending on clients, the hours worked are set in advance and do not often change.
5. Must be able to pass a Trustline live scan. This is a state mandated background check that includes the Child Abuse Index
6. Must be willing to take a drug test

We are still offering our services during this crisis and have taken advanced protective measures to ensure the safety of our families. We have heightened cleaning and disinfecting after each visit. During this period of time, unfortunately we are also limiting access to our provided games and equipment and cooking utensils. We also ask each person to immediately wash their hands once in the premises.

If this situation worsens we are exploring other ways for our parents to receive time to at least see and speak with their children
