Muslim Cemetery of the Greater Fayetteville Area The Muslim Cemetery of the Greater Fayetteville Area (MCGFA) was incorporated in August of 2001. It serves those in the surrounding area and beyond.

This cemetery sits on two acres of land.

🔊 Each Masjid MUST submit a list of two- four of it's Muslims, male and female, that can be called upon for washing and shrouding.

❌It was absolutely shameful that only sisters, Jamilah Hesham, and my wife, Umm Ali, were the only two women that showed up for the washing/shrouding of our sister yesterday!!!

💎 Our sister LEANNA KIM RAY will have her janaazah on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

We need sisters to help with the washing/shrouding at noon, at our facilities.

🤲🏾 The janaazah prayer will be conducted by Imam Hameed just after Zuhr at our facility. Approximately 1:30 pm.

Burial will follow immediately thereafter, in the Muslim Cemetery.

One of the six duties a Muslim owes to another Muslim is to attend his janaazah whether you know him personally or not.

Age 44, son of brother Edward Syed and sister Hanifa, will have his janaazah tomorrow, Thursday January 4, 2024.

Volunteers are needed for our brothers' washing and shrouding at 11 a.m.

⏰ His janaazah prayer is planned for 12:30 p.m. just after zuhr.

🔔Assalamualaikum. Dear Muslims. JAMES SNIPES, one of our seventeen year old brothers was murdered.

The coroner is releasing him finally, and we plan to have his janaazah (funeral etc.) on

🔺Tuesday, September 5th, at 1:30 pm.

We will need help washing and shrouding our brother at noon that same day.

PLEASE don't assume we have enough help. Call to let us know your intention.

It seems our brother was murdered while protecting his property.

🔺The burial of our beloved young brother will be immediately following his janaazah prayer.

‼️One of our brothers TAHIR MUHAMMAD AL SAIDI will have his janaazah FRIDAY, MAY 26, 2023. We belong to Allaah Ta'ala, and to Him is our return.‼️

🟡 Washing/ shrouding will be at 10am Colvin Furneral Home on Murchinson Rd. Fayetteville. Janaazah, funeral prayer, will be immediately after Jummah prayer at MASJID AR-RAHMAN downtown Fayetteville at approximately 2pm.

🟡 Burial will be immediately thereafter in the Muslim Cemetery, Cameron, NC approximately 3pm. Also, Muslim men are needed to aid with the burial.

Even if you don't personally know our brother, it should be enough for you to know he is a Muslim and we MUST make sure we give him the last rites.
