Devin's Rec Room(DRR) is proud to have our first Mindfulness in Recovery®(MIR) meeting. It is an inclusive recovery support group for anyone seeking recovery, along with friends and family of those seeking recovery. We integrate mindfulness skills and meditation into daily life, empowering individuals to make healthy choices aligned with their values so they can live meaningful lives. Open to all recovery paths, spiritual traditions, and those without one, each meeting includes a guided meditation, a reading from MIR literature, a speaker, and group discussion. The first two Thursday meetings will be held virtual. The meeting link can be found in the DRR class app. Please call if you have any questions: (315)498-1115.
